Beeliance LLC, operating as Be Retirement Prepared, collects information through event registration forms, website interactions, and communications. We also share certain information with the independent financial advisor hosting the event you registered for.

When you register for an event we collect:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Whether you are bringing a guest
• City and state
• Any optional information you voluntarily provide in the registration form

When you visit our website we may automatically collect:

• IP address and general location data
• Browser type and operating system
• Pages visited and time spent on site
• Referring website or advertisement
• Device type

03How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Confirm and manage your event registration
• Send event reminders and logistics via email and SMS
• Provide your contact information to the hosting advisor for event follow-up

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to the event you registered for without your explicit consent.

• The hosting advisor — the independent financial professional hosting the event you registered for. They may contact you about the event and their services.
• Service providers — companies that help us operate our platform, including our CRM and marketing automation provider, email and SMS delivery services, and web hosting. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to deliver services on our behalf.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose your information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect our rights.

05SMS and Email Communications

By registering for an event you consent to receive transactional SMS messages and emails related to your registration including confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications. Message and data rates may apply for SMS.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect your ability to receive transactional messages about events you have registered for.

06Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience on our website, track campaign performance, and run targeted advertising.

Google Analytics — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect data such as pages visited, time on site, and traffic sources. You may opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Our platforms operate within a HIPAA compliant environment. Where applicable, we maintain Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with our platform providers to ensure personal information is handled in accordance with federal privacy and security standards.

Beeliance LLC maintains commercial cyber liability insurance coverage appropriate to our business operations. Certificates of insurance are available to business clients upon request.

In the event of a confirmed data security incident affecting personal information, we will notify affected individuals within 72 hours of discovery where required by applicable law.

No internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11Confidentiality

Registration data collected through Be Retirement Prepared events is treated as confidential. We do not share, sell, or use attendee information for any purpose beyond delivering the services described in this policy. Advisor client lists and event registration data are the property of the engaging advisor and are not used by Beeliance LLC for any independent marketing or commercial purpose.

12Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or related to this Privacy Policy that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware. Each party waives any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
